My last full day hike menu was:

 Snack #1:  Granola Bars (Protein & Z Brownie Bars)

Snack #2: String Cheese

Lunch:  Meat, Crackers, Cheese & water  with Mio Sport

Snack #3: Applesauce & Sour Patch Kids


Other Snacks I’ve include for my little brothers and for a variety on hikes are:

Any squeeze pouch yogurt, smoothies, applesauce & blends

Jerky & meat sticks

 Dried fruits

Nuts & seeds

Trail Mix Varieties

Clif Bars

Hard Candies

       Fruit leathers

Tuna Pouches

Summer Science Challenges for a 12 year old:

20+ Mushroom Collection

20+ Insect Collection

20+ Edible Collection

ALL while hiking moderate-difficult trails & as I hike my largest challenge yet- hiking a 100+miles of wilderness trails this summer. (Encouraged to post it here by my teacher to display my enjoyment of photography, wildlife & the outdoors.)
